To display a form where staff can report unscheduled work they did, use the shortcode:
If the person viewing the form is not logged in, the page will display a login form. If they are logged in, they will see a form where they can report the hours they worked and the work they did outside of their scheduled shifts.
Once a staff member completes and submits this form, the optional extra work notification goes to the “admin notification” email address on the settings page. (This is also true for all other notifications.)
If no address is set there, the notification goes to the admin email for the site. If you are using a paid version of Shiftee and staff have managers, the manager is cc’d on all notifications related to their staff.
